• For party bags only - expect your bags hard folded on the sides due to packaging

• For party bags with inlusions - estimate your SF from P200 to P600, it'll be packed in a box

• For Metro Manila clients - express pick-up is applicable but should be coordinated ahead of time

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location

• JDidIt has no liability for carrier delays and damages. Still, JDidIt will help report issues to carrier provider, kindly take a video when you're unpacking your order

No cancellation or refund once project has started.

Same day or next day for MM clients, 2-5 days for provincial.

Order and payment cut-off is on Wednesdays, shipping is on Saturday after next. Sample:
8/31  Wed - ordered
9/01 Thu - paid
9/10 Sat - order for shipping

The shop is only managed by a new Mama who also has a day job and a weird sleeping pattern hence there are limited order slots and a strict weekly schedule of creative releases.

There would be an additional handling/service fee for packing and depending on the availability of candies/items requested.

• Sets already include layout fee - just provide the custom text and all the details you want to reflect on the party bag design/layout

• Upload your image on Google drive, share it to hello@jdidit.co and provide the link

• Party bag size is approximate 5 x 7.5 inches, no other sizes available as of the moment

• Lead time is 1 to 14 days | Please book in advance, rush orders will be declined

• Two-three weeks prior the event, you will receive a layout draft for your approval. Kindly describe your peg in details when ordering, as revisions are limited once the project has started

• (Physical) party bags are only offered to Philippine clients

• (Digital) party bags or templates will be available soon on my Etsy shop so you can print and make your own 🤗 Yay for clients around the world!

• A booking does not guarantee your order slot, you will receive an email confirmation on how to proceed

• Actual product may differ in size and color from the image uploaded

• Prices may change without prior notice

It depends on the selected courier and your address. Shipping fee will be discussed before proceeding with the release.

It maybe because:

• All (weekly) orders slots are filled

• Supplies are not enough/unavailable

• Way above my job capacity

• Pandemic

• Family emergency

No cancellation or refund once project has already started. Regarding CANCELLATIONS due to JDidIt's unavailability or conflict:

• This only applies to bookings made at least a month ahead or when invoice has not been generated yet

• You shall receive a notification ahead of time

• If payment has been made, full refund will be processed unless there were products or services already delivered
